Flexible schedule according to your availability once a week or every other week.
All sessions are set in an open format and dialogue, and may last between 1 to 2 hours.
Scheduling is individual and flexible but appointments are set once a week or onve every other week, so completion of this program last a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6 months.
Once a year, there is a 4 day residential retreat with Komala Lyra and support team, offered for participants of this program at Monte California Nature Sanctuary, Portugal.
This retreat includes Ayurvedic Spa treatments, Tandava Kashmeeri meditation practice, sharing circle, dark room meditation, sauna, hot tub, temple nights, with comfortable accomodations and gourmet vegetarian meals.
This retreat is limited to 12 participants.
